　　· 水平度偏差每米不超過2mm，垂直度偏差不超過3mm。

　　·The horizontal deviation shall not exceed 2mm per meter, and the vertical deviation shall not exceed 3mm.

　　· 橋架截斷處及拼接處應(yīng)平滑、無毛刺，對縫不應(yīng)大于1.5mm，對縫處上下允許偏差±1mm。

　　·The cutting and splicing points of the bridge should be smooth and free of burrs, and the joint should not exceed 1.5mm. The allowable deviation at the joint should be ± 1mm.

　　2.支吊架安裝

　　2. Installation of supports and hangers

　　· 支吊架安裝應(yīng)牢固、無明顯扭曲，與預(yù)埋件焊接固定時，焊縫應(yīng)飽滿；膨脹螺栓固定時，螺栓應(yīng)選用適配、防松零件齊全、連接緊固。

　　·The installation of supports and hangers should be firm and without obvious distortion. When welding and fixing with embedded parts, the weld seam should be full; When fixing expansion bolts, the bolts should be selected to be compatible, have complete anti loosening parts, and be securely connected.

　　· 水平敷設(shè)支撐間距1.5-3m，垂直敷設(shè)支撐間距≤2m，轉(zhuǎn)彎處固定距彎通300-600mm處設(shè)置支吊架。

　　·Horizontal laying support spacing is 1.5-3m, vertical laying support spacing is ≤ 2m, and support hangers are set at a fixed distance of 300-600mm from the bend at the turning point.

　　3.接地與跨接

　　· 金屬橋架全長應(yīng)不少于2處與接地（PE）或接零（PEN）干線相連接，起始端和終端必須與建筑接地裝置連接。

　　·The total length of the metal bridge should be connected to the grounding (PE) or neutral (PEN) main line at no less than 2 points, and the starting and ending ends must be connected to the building grounding device.

　　· 非鍍鋅橋架連接板兩端必須用≥4mm銅芯線跨接，鍍鋅橋架連接板兩端可不做跨接接地線，但連接板兩端不少于2個有防松螺帽或防松墊圈的連接固定螺栓。

　　·Non galvanized bridge connecting plates must be bridged with ≥ 4mm copper core wires at both ends. Galvanized bridge connecting plates do not need to have bridging grounding wires at both ends, but there must be at least 2 connection fixing bolts with anti loosening nuts or washers at both ends of the connecting plate.

　　4.伸縮節(jié)與補(bǔ)償裝置

　　· 直線段鋼制電纜橋架超過30m、鋁合金或玻璃鋼制電纜橋架超過15m時，應(yīng)設(shè)置伸縮節(jié)，伸縮縫不小于20mm。

　　·When the straight section steel cable tray exceeds 30m, and the aluminum alloy or fiberglass cable tray exceeds 15m, expansion joints should be installed, with expansion joints not less than 20mm.

　　· 橋架跨越建筑物變形縫處應(yīng)設(shè)置補(bǔ)償裝置。

　　·Compensation devices should be installed at the deformation joints where the bridge spans the building.

　　5.電纜敷設(shè)

　　5. Cable laying

　　· 電纜在橋架內(nèi)的填充率，動力電纜不應(yīng)大于40%，控制電纜不應(yīng)大于50%。

　　·The filling rate of cables in the cable tray should not exceed 40% for power cables and 50% for control cables.

　　· 電纜小彎曲半徑應(yīng)符合規(guī)定，無絞擰、鎧裝壓扁、護(hù)層斷裂等缺陷。

　　·The minimum bending radius of the cable should comply with regulations, and there should be no defects such as twisting, armor flattening, or protective layer breakage.

　　· 電纜固定應(yīng)符合要求，水平敷設(shè)時，在電纜首末端、轉(zhuǎn)彎處及每隔3-5m固定；垂直敷設(shè)時，在電纜上端和每隔1.5m固定。

　　·The cable fixation should meet the requirements. When laying horizontally, it should be fixed at the beginning and end of the cable, at the turning point, and every 3-5m; When laying vertically, fix it at the top of the cable and every 1.5m.

　　6.防火與防護(hù)

　　· 橋架穿越防火墻、樓板時，應(yīng)采取防火封堵措施，封堵材料應(yīng)符合防火要求。

　　·When the bridge passes through firewalls and floor slabs, fireproof sealing measures should be taken, and the sealing materials should meet the fire prevention requirements.

　　· 戶外橋架應(yīng)有排水孔，坡度≥3‰，防止積水；腐蝕環(huán)境應(yīng)采用防腐型橋架。

　　·Outdoor cable trays should have drainage holes with a slope of ≥ 3 ‰ to prevent water accumulation; Corrosive environments should use anti-corrosion cable trays.

　　7.外觀與防腐

　　· 橋架表面應(yīng)無變形、劃傷、開裂，內(nèi)側(cè)應(yīng)平整光滑，無損傷電纜絕緣的凸起尖角。

　　·The surface of the cable tray should be free of deformation, scratches, and cracks, and the inner side should be flat and smooth, without protruding corners that damage the cable insulation.

　　· 防腐處理應(yīng)符合要求，熱浸鍍鋅橋架鍍層厚度≥65μm，電鍍鋅橋架鋅層厚度≥12μm。以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需結(jié)合具體工程設(shè)計文件和當(dāng)?shù)匾?guī)范要求執(zhí)行，驗收時應(yīng)留存完整的施工記錄、材料檢驗報告等資料。

　　·The anti-corrosion treatment should meet the requirements, with a hot-dip galvanized bridge coating thickness of ≥ 65 μ m and an electroplated galvanized bridge coating thickness of ≥ 12 μ m. The above standards should be implemented in conjunction with specific engineering design documents and local regulatory requirements. During acceptance, complete construction records, material inspection reports, and other materials should be retained.
