二、靜電噴霧法

1.目的：將粉末涂料均勻地噴涂在工件表面，特殊工件(包括簡(jiǎn)單靜電屏蔽的方位角)，大概選用高性能靜電噴塑機(jī)來(lái)完成噴涂。

2.工藝：應(yīng)用靜電吸附原理，在工件表面均勻地噴上一層粉末涂料，落粉回收系統(tǒng)，過(guò)篩后再使用。

三、高溫進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)

3、 Curing at high temperature

1.目的：加熱工件表面的粉末涂料規(guī)定溫度，并相應(yīng)進(jìn)行保溫一段時(shí)間，使之熔化、流平、固化，達(dá)到所需的工件表面功能。

1. Purpose: heat the powder coating on the workpiece surface to the specified temperature, and keep it warm for a period of time to melt, level and solidify it, so as to achieve the required function of the workpiece surface.

2.處理過(guò)程：將噴涂件置于固化爐內(nèi)加熱預(yù)定溫度(通常為185度)，并在相應(yīng)的時(shí)間(15分鐘)進(jìn)行保溫;打開(kāi)爐門，使產(chǎn)品冷卻。
