1、電纜橋架是采用高質(zhì)量鋼板制成的全密封、高強度矩形鋼管。外觀采用鍍鋅處理，大大提高了防腐能力。橋架的內(nèi)外要光滑平整，不得有棱角、扭曲、翹曲等變形現(xiàn)象。

1. Cable tray is a fully sealed, high-strength rectangular steel pipe made of high-quality steel plate. The appearance is galvanized, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion ability. The inside and outside of the bridge shall be smooth and flat without edges, corners, distortion, warpage and other deformation.

2、分線盒和插座盒：用作電纜在電纜平面內(nèi)的旋轉(zhuǎn)，彼此相鄰。交點是包絡線的交點，可以改變成不同的管形，并在一定的高度范圍內(nèi)進行調(diào)整。在雙跳線配電箱內(nèi)安裝絕緣板，保證強弱電流之間的絕緣和屏蔽。當強弱電流的追蹤非常困難時，該橋采用了深水平接線盒，很大地方便了橫向跨橋的幾條線路的方向。

2. Junction box and socket box: used for the rotation of cables in the cable plane, adjacent to each other. The intersection point is the intersection point of the envelope, which can be changed into different pipe shapes and adjusted within a certain height range. An insulating board shall be installed in the double jumper distribution box to ensure the insulation and shielding between strong and weak currents. When the tracking of strong and weak current is very difficult, the bridge adopts deep horizontal junction box, which greatly facilitates the direction of several lines across the bridge.

3、專用插座：用于引導電纜，必要時可作為電源插座、電話、視頻插座或電腦終端使用。出線設置為距分隔線框230mm，出線區(qū)標準間距為600mm。在雙托盤的情況下，與兩個橋接器相鄰的設備的出口距離為1400 mm。

3. Special socket: it is used to guide the cable and can be used as power socket, telephone, video socket or computer terminal when necessary. The outgoing line is set to be 230mm away from the separation wire frame, and the standard spacing of the outgoing line area is 600mm. In the case of double trays, the exit distance of the equipment adjacent to the two bridges is 1400 mm.

4、連接支架管件：直線連接管件采用圓形管接頭，變徑連接的連接箱管件連接，機架與管道的接線端子連接，用于支架支撐和高度調(diào)節(jié)的支架和調(diào)節(jié)螺栓，以及它們的調(diào)節(jié)螺栓長度因施工條件而異。高度調(diào)節(jié)通常是深為30-50mm的特殊接頭，用于橫梁或橫梁。橋梁的角度采用平曲線，橋梁的上下連接采用縱向曲線。

4. Connecting support pipe fittings: the straight-line connecting pipe fittings adopt circular pipe joints, the connecting box pipe fittings for variable diameter connection, the connecting terminal between the rack and the pipeline, the supports and adjusting bolts for support and height adjustment, and the length of their adjusting bolts vary with the construction conditions. Height adjustment is usually a special joint with a depth of 30-50mm, which is used for beam or beam. The angle of the bridge adopts horizontal curve, and the upper and lower connections of the bridge adopt longitudinal curve.
